THE PRIZE

The prizes forming part of this competition are managed by The Promoter and defined in these Terms & Conditions. Those persons taking part in, or making use of, those things that form the prize as prize winners are bound by these conditions. There are 500 prizes in total and therefore 500 winners.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion — and the winner confirms that they will not utilise the Prize for commercial purposes (for example but not limited to, the Prize cannot be resold or auctioned).

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Those persons taking part in, or making use of, those things that form the prize as prize winners.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The competition shall be active during the period (opens at 00:00 on 19/05/25, closes at 23:59 on 31/07/25). Entries outside of these dates will not be valid.
• Entry via enginegingiveaway.com.
• The Promoter will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, invalid, corrupt, or delayed for any reason. If there is reasonable suspicion of a fraudulent entry, the Promoter may cancel such an entry without consultation with the Entrant.
• Winner selection: 500 instant winners based on pre-assigned winning unique codes during the Promotion Period.
• One entry per person.
• Employees of Disaronno International UK, their subsidiaries, partners, family members, or anyone connected to setting up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter.
• Please participate responsibly. Do not purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to enter.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Purchase a bottle of 50cl or 70cl Engine Gin with a competition sticker in participating stores: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, ASDA (in-store only).
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be resident within the UK.
• Entry is free, but entrants may incur data charges depending on their internet arrangements.
• No entries will be accepted after 23:59 on 31/07/25; late entries will be disqualified.
• The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost due to entrant error, but will take reasonable steps to ensure the competition platform is accessible.
• Multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

PRIZE DETAILS & CONDITIONS

• Winners will be contacted by Disaronno International UK using the details provided at entry.
• Winners are notified instantly via the website and by email, and prizes are sent within 30 days of notification.
• If a prize does not arrive within 30 days, the winner must email hello@enginegingiveaway.com within a further 30 days to request reissue. Failure to do so may forfeit the prize.

LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY

• The Promoter is not liable for damages, harm, or losses suffered during the competition, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. personal injury or death from negligence).
• In circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the competition may be canceled, amended, or suspended without liability.

DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY

• Personal data will be used only to manage the competition and deleted within six months of its conclusion, unless needed for audit or legal reasons.
• Winners may be asked for permission to use their name and image for promotional purposes; refusal will not affect eligibility.
• No personal data will be shared with third parties except as legally required.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the UK.
