TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility:

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Participants must retain proof of purchase and packaging (showing Best Before Date) for on-pack best before image for winner verification.
3. Internet access required.
4. A maximum of 1 entry will be accepted per person per day (Main Promotion Period) and maximum one entry per person during the Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period.
5. Maximum of one prize type per person in the Main Promotion Period. Maximum of one prize per person in the Wrap Up Draw.
6. Main Promotion Period: The Main Promotion Period opens at 09:00 on 19.01.26 and closes 23.59 on 18.04.26 Purchases must be made and entries received by the Promoter within this period to participate in the promotion. Any entries (from residents of the United Kingdom only) received after the close of the Main Promotion Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw.
7. Wrap Up Promotion Period (UK residents only): There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 22.05.26 from all valid entries received between 00:00 on 20.04.26. and 23:59 on 21.05.26. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Promotion Period will not be accepted. Only residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to participate in the Wrap Up Draw.

How to enter:

8. To enter the UK Prize Draw or the ROI Prize Draw (as applicable depending on where participant lives), the Daily Online Instant Win (UK only), or the Wrap Up Draw (UK only) participants must purchase a Reese’s Easter product during the Main Promotion Period or the Wrap Up Promotion Period. Reese’s Easter products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last and are listed below. All Reese’s Easter products as set out below are promotional packs whether they have the promotional message on them or not:

9. Participants are then required to visit www.reeseseaster.com and select the location of residence (United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland). Residents of the United Kingdom must play the ‘Find the golden egg’ game. All participants must enter the best before date found on pack, along with full name, mobile telephone number and participant’s email address.
10. All valid entries received during the Main Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant Prize Draw (UK or ROI) and Daily Online Instant Win (UK only).
11. All valid entries received from UK residents during the Wrap Up Promotion Period will be submitted into the Wrap Up Draw (UK residents only).
12. During the Main Promotion Period participants can win a maximum of one of each type of prize.
13. Entry requires the purchase of a Reese’s Easter product. Participants must retain product packaging with the on-pack best before date and proof of purchase dated within the Main Promotion Period or the Wrap Up Promotion Period for each individual entry, as they may be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note proofs of purchase must be time-stamped before the entry. In the event of multiple entries from the same participant, the Promoter reserves the right to request product packaging and proof of purchase for each entry.
14. Only genuine best before dates printed on pack can be used. Best before dates cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine best before dates in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
15. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
16. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
17. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who made an entry on some else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Prize Structure

18. Main Promotion Period:

19. UK: Daily Online Instant Wins

90 x Reese’s hampers (see clause 22f for hamper content) will be awarded instantly online during the Main Promotion Period, up to a maximum of 90 hampers. There is one Daily Online Instant Win prize available to be won each day of the Main Promotion Period.

21. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

UK & ROI Main Promotion Period Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

23. All entries will be entered into the relevant draw determined when the entrant submits their location of residence at the start of the entry process. The winner of each draw, and two reserves, will be chosen by a randomised computer process from all valid entries received within 2 working days of the end of the Main Promotion Period.
24. The provisional winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the draw. This text message will include instructions on sending proof of purchase for verification and a Unique Reference Number (URN) to quote when the provisional winner claims their prize. The provisional winners must confirm acceptance of their prize and send the URN and proof of purchase and image of best before date to the email address supplied in the text message. They must also provide proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent government issued or approved form of ID clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) within 14 days of the notifying text message.
25. In the event that a provisional winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and contact a reserve as a provisional winner who will have the same timeframes to complete the same process. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
26. Upon completion of the verification process, the prize winner will be contacted via email, within 14 days, to book their prize (or take the flightgift/hotelgift voucher alternative).

UK Only Daily Online Instant Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

27. During the Main Promotion Period, 90 winning moments each representing 1 x Reese’s hamper) have been randomly pre-selected (hours, minutes, seconds) via a secure, independently verified computer algorithm. There will be 90 winning moments in total during the Main Promotion Period, distributed evenly across 90 days (one winning moment per day). The first entrant that enters on or after one of these winning moments will win a prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next, the prize from the earlier winning moment will be available to be won first and the second entrant will win the later prize. No guarantee all prizes will be won in the Main Promotion Period if insufficient entries are received.
28. Online instant winners will be notified instantly on-screen that they have won and how to claim the instant win prize.
29. Online instant winners will also be notified by text message to the mobile phone number they submitted upon entry within 24 hours of the on-screen notification. This text message will include a unique claim link to access. Winners will be required to complete the form accessed through the unique claim link with a delivery address within the United Kingdom within 14 days of the notifying text message to receive their prize, and will include instructions on sending proof of purchase for verification.
30. In the event that a provisional winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner. The instant win prizes will be delivered to the address as supplied within 28 days of winner verification.

UK only Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim

31. There will be a maximum total of 10 x Reese’s hamper winners randomly drawn by computer process from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Promotion Period within 2 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Promotion Period.
32. The provisional winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number submitted upon entry, within 7 days of the draw. This text message will include a unique claim link to access. Winners will be required to complete the form accessed through the unique claim link with a delivery address within the United Kingdom within 14 days of the notifying text message to receive their prize and will include instructions on sending proof of purchase for verification.
33. In the event that a provisional winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and contact a reserve as a provisional winner who will have the same timeframes to complete the same process. 34. The wrap up draw prizes will be delivered to the address as supplied within 28 days of winner verification.

General Information

35. It is the responsibility of all entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time to check if they are a winner.

It remains the sole responsibility of the winners of any prize to check their messages and emails (including junk/spam) to ensure they are in receipt of any communications sent to them.

36. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for images of product packaging including best before date and proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of government issued identification clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
37. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on acceptance of a prize. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any individuals (either winners or entrants) failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of any prize.
38. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotion matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
39. A list of all Main Promotion Period Prize Draw winners’ surnames and their counties of residence will be available by emailing Reeses-Easter@eurofoodbrands.co.uk between 1 June and 31 August 2026 with “Reese’s Easter Prize Winners” in the subject header. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting Reeses-Easter@eurofoodbrands.co.uk The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulatory body with the power to require such disclosure if required to do so.
40. Winners may be requested to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. The Promoter may request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity, but such use is made only after express written consent from the winner.
41. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and invalidate any affected entries, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
42. Limitation of Liability (UK ONLY): The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize or voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
43. Limitation of liability (ROI ONLY): Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law. As such, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with a prize, excluding circumstances where such loss is due to the Promoter’s total or partial non-performance or inadequate performance of any of its contractual obligations under these terms and conditions
44. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
45. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any website referred to in these Terms and Conditions and shall not be held responsible for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
46. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Promotion parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

Promotion

47. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
48. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts, unless the entrant is resident in the Republic of Ireland, in which case the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have jurisdiction.
49. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the secure transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and/or its agents for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. The personal data of residents of the United Kingdom is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR. The personal data of the residents of the Republic of Ireland is held in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended). Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of each promotion period before deletion with the exception of the UK Main Prize winner whose data will be deleted on completion of their trip.
