TERMS & CONDITIONS – Refresh like an athlete prize promotion
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.
1.THE PROMOTER: The Vita Coco Company EMEA, 20-26 Rosebery Avenue, London, EC1R 4SX.
2.WHO CAN ENTER: This prize promotion (the "Promotion") is open to UK residents (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter's agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or "step" family living in the same household). The Promotion is not open to residents in the Isle of Man, ROI, or the Channel Islands.
3. Internet access required. Participants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The participant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

5. The Promotion features across multiple retailers and cross media but there is only one shared prize pool.
6. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
a. The promotion opens at 10:00 on 25th June 2025 (the "Opening Date") and will end at 23:59 on 31st August 2025 (the ‘Closing Date').
b. All valid entries into the Main Prize Promotion will also be automatically entered into the ‘Grand Prize Draw' which will take place week beginning 1st September 2025. Participants can opt out of the Grand Prize Draw by emailing vitacocohelp@prizeology.com in accordance with paragraph 12i.
c. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted and will not be entered the Grand Prize Draw.
7.HOW TO ENTER:
a. To enter, scan the QR code or go to prizes.vitacoco.co.uk
b. Enter your full name, address details, valid email address and mobile phone number.
c. Press the SPIN THE WHEEL button. The wheel will land on either a Win section or lose section.
d. Only one (1) entry per person. For the avoidance of doubt, a person can enter once in total during the Promotional Period.
e. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize claims.
f. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotional Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
8. WINNER SELECTION
a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period and randomly order 350 prizes: 120 x Vita Coco Original Coconut Water cases 12x330ml; 100 x Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L with Vita Coco cap and Vita Coco pair of socks; 30 x Vita Coco Chilly's bottle & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles; 30 x Adidas Tiro Duffel Bags & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles; 25 x Adizero E Tee M in blue & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles; and 25 x Adizero E Tee W in blue & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles; 20 x £50 Adidas e-gift cards;
b.If your time of entry (when you press the SPIN THE WHEEL button) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.
c. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.
d.I f no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.
e. All prizes will be won.
f. One prize, maximum per household.
9. THE PRIZES

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The prize must be accepted as offered by the named winners.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM
a. The SPIN THE WHEEL will land on a WIN section and the winner will be notified immediately on screen which prize they have been allocated.
b. The 100 x Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L with Vita Coco cap and Vita Coco socks valid winners; the 120 x Vita Coco Original Coconut Water case 12x330ml valid prize winners will each receive an email within 14 working days confirming their win. Winners will not need to claim their prize.
c. The 30 x Vita Coco Chilly's bottle & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundle valid winners will each receive an email within 14 working days of their win. Winners will each have 14 days to claim their prize. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize will be allocated to a new winner in accordance with Clause 15c.
d. The 30 x Adidas Tiro Duffel Bag in black & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundle valid winners will each receive an email within 14 working days of their win. Winners will each have 14 days to claim their prize. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. g. Any Adidas T-shirt prize winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize will be allocated to a new winner new winner in accordance with Clause 15c.
h. The 20 x Adidas £50 e-gift card valid winners will each receive an email within 14 working days of their win. Winners will each have 14 days to claim their prize. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial prize notification date, prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize will be allocated to a new winner in accordance with Clause 15c.
11. PRIZE FULFILMENT
a. The 100 x Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L with Vita Coco cap and Vita Coco pair of socks prizes; the 120 x Vita Coco coconut water cases 12x330ml prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of valid win. Prize will be sent to winner's postal address used at the point of entry.
b. The 30 x Vita Coco Chilly's bottle & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundle prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of valid claim. Prize will be sent to winner's postal address used at the point of entry.
c. The Adidas £50 e-gift card will be emailed within 7 working days of valid prize claim to the winner's email address used at the point of entry. c. Adidas Tiro Duffel Bag in black & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles will be dispatched within 28 working days of valid prize claim.
d. The Adidas T-shirts & Vita Coco Original Coconut Water 1L bundles will be dispatched within 28 working days of valid prize claim. In the event a winner's first or second choice of sizing is not available, the winner will receive the nearest available size. Prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry.
e. It is the responsibility of all participants to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which subsequently affects prize arrangement.
12. GRAND PRIZE DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION
a. The Grand Prize Draw is a trip for two people (18+) to Jamaica to join Zharnel Hughes in a sprint training session (‘Grand Draw Prize').
b.The sprint training session with Zharnel Hughes is for the winner and guest (18+). It will take place at the University of West Indies (UWE) athletics track in Kingston, Jamaica, in November 2025 and last for a maximum of 2 hours.
c.Training session date is subject to Zharnel Hughes' availability. There is no choice of date for the winner. The trip to Jamaica must be taken during a week that includes the date of the training session, it cannot be taken at a different time to the training session. Winner and guest must be able to travel anytime between October 2025 and December 2025.
d. The winner and guest will be required to wear suitable training attire for the session and the weather.
e. The prize includes return economy flights for two people to Montego Bay, Jamaica, flying from either Birmingham, London or Manchester depending on travel dates flying to Montego Bay
Please note, this may not be your closest airport. Includes all flight taxes and surcharges plus one piece of checked baggage per person. Prize also includes return transfers from the airport to the hotel in Jamaica, 7 nights' accommodation sharing a double room at a 4* star all-inclusive hotel in Jamaica (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks that are part of an all-inclusive package, and snacks) and travel insurance (pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered). Prize excludes travel to departure airport in the UK, additional expenses, spending money, any food, beverages, or activities not included in the all-inclusive package, or training attire for the sprint training session.
f. If the winner or their guest does not hold a UK passport they may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Cost of a visa is not included in the prize.
g. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within the Promotional Period week beginning 1st September 2025 (the ‘Grand Prize Winner').
h. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email and phone using the details provided on entry, within seven working days of the Grand Draw and will have 14 days in which to claim the prize. If the Grand Prize Winner does not claim the Grand Prize within the first 7 days, the winner will be contacted again. If the Grand Prize Winner does not claim Grand Prize within the remaining 7 days, the Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original and a new claim period of 7 days will recommence in accordance with this paragraph 12h.
i. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing vitacocohelp@prizeology.com by 23:59 on 31st August 2025.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner's entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter's liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
14. DATA PROTECTION
a. Any personal information that participants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's privacy policy. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Participants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, (which is available here:) and applicable data privacy laws.
b. The surname and county of winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing vitacocohelp@prizeology.com by 30th September 2025. Participants may request their surname, and county is not published in the event they win by emailing vitacocohelp@prizeology.com before the Closing Date. However, the Promoter shall provide the surname and county of the winner to competent authorities upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
15. GENERAL
a. Promoter's decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
b. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
c. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Promotional Period will be put into a random prize draw ("Mop Up Draw") of all eligible participants within twenty-eight working days of the Closing Date. Mop Up Draw Winners will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry to notify them of their win in accordance with Clause 10b to 10h and prizes will be fulfilled in accordance with Clause 11.
d. The Grand Prize winner may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, filming the winner taking their prize, using a winner's name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prize won as part of the Promotion. Publicity is not a condition of accepting the prize.
e. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or postal addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant or household’s entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's or household’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims and whether a household has already been awarded a prize and disqualify any subsequent Prize claims.
f. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or participants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
g. The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address before a prize can be dispatched and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.
h. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries made using anonymous, disposable and or temporary email services such as, but not limited to, Apple, Guerilla Mail, Dispostable, and Mailinator as well as any programmatically generated or manually created email addresses on platforms including, but not limited to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or BT Internet domains, for the purpose of circumventing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion if a participant or a Winner has used any such service and withdraw prize entitlement.
i. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any participants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
j. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the entries that are not included in the draw erroneously, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
k. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
l. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
m. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Adidas. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Adidas.
