Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Travla Pty Ltd ABN 78 659 218 265, of Level 1 49 – 51 Stead Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
3. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on Sunday 1 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 31 July 2026 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 18 years of age and over (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter this promotion, Entrants must purchase a specially marked 30 pack block of Travla, and:
   1. Locate the unique code on the inside of pack; and
   2. Visit the entry website either by scanning the QR code or going directly to www.travla.com.au/anacondagiveaway and fill out and submit the online entry form, including providing the unique code/s, and providing all other requested information.
6. There will be a total of up to 32,000 specially marked 30 pack blocks of Travla available. Each qualifying purchase will include 1 unique code.
7. All valid entrants will win a prize. There are 32,000 Anaconda vouchers available, each with a value of AUD $15.00.
8. Following submission and validation of the entry, a digital Anaconda voucher with a value of AUD $15.00 will be sent to the successful Entrant's valid mobile phone and/or email address within 2 days of entry.
9. Only one voucher can be claimed per transaction. Cannot be used with any other coupon or voucher.
10. Multiple entries permitted subject to the following:
    1. Maximum one (1) entry permitted per Promotional Pack purchased;
    2. Only one (1) unique code per entry is permitted (the same unique code cannot be used more than once);
    3. Unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid; and
    4. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions.
11. Anaconda Digital Vouchers AUD $15.00 exclusive to this Promotion;
    1. The Anaconda vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction
    2. They cannot be redeemed for cash
    3. Cannot be stacked with other vouchers
    4. Available to Australian residents aged 18+ only
    5. Can be used online at www.anacondastores.com and at any Anaconda retail store
    6. Are valid until 31 October 2026
    7. At expiry date, any vouchers not used will be deemed invalid
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
13. Any failure by the Entrant to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s).
14. If the Entrant or entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
15. The Entrant must not:
    1. tamper with the entry process;
    2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition;
    3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
    4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition;
    5. breach any law; or
    6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
16. If any dispute arises between the Entrant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final.
17. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. The Entrant agrees that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value.
18. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this promotion or taking the Prize or any component of the Prize in connection with or arising out of this promotion. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of the Prize and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
20. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering this promotion, Entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to this promotion. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
21. Entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter and its related companies for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner.
