FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
2. PROMOTER
The Promotion is operated by Tilda Limited a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Tilda Ltd. Coldharbour Lane, Rainham RM13 9YQ (“Tilda”).

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Tilda, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.
The Promotion is exclusive to Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op and Sainsbury’s (available both in-store or online) Ocado (online) and Tilda.com, subject to availability. Purchase required.
Internet access is required if a winning ticket is found, to enable the prize to be claimed.
Retain ticket and proof of purchase as they may be required for verification purposes.
4. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Promotional Period will run from 00:00 on 28/04/2025 – 23:59 30/09/2025 or until stocks last and all prizes are won, whichever is first. Any prize claims made after 31/03/2026 will be invalid.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To be in for a chance to win, purchase any promotionally marked product from the Tilda Boil in the Bag 250g range from Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, (instore or online) Ocado (Online) or Tilda.com during the promotional period. If you find a winning ticket within the carton, follow instructions to claim the prize. If you do not find a ticket, you have not won a prize.
The Promotion is available on all the 250g Tilda Boil in Bag range (subject to availability and whilst stocks last), including, without limitation:

Where promotionally marked product is in the marketplace in advance of the promotion start date of 28/04/2025, the Promoter will allow anyone who has purchased a pack ahead of this date and won to submit their prize claim at any point during the promotional period, subject to retention of their receipt.

Lifestyle Gift Cards expire on 31st March 2027
Tilda.com Product Voucher Codes expire on 31st Dec 2025.
Tilda may substitute any prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where it deems it strictly necessary due to events outside its reasonable control.
Tilda will not offer cash or other alternatives to any prizes. Prizes are not negotiable. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
7. PRIZE CLAIM AND FULFILMENT
Prize winners will know immediately upon opening the promotionally marked product if they have won by finding a prize inside.
1 promotionally marked product will have inside a £1000 Lifestyle Gift Card. The entrant who finds this gift card must retain their pack and proof of purchase and email the Promoter via hello@tilda.com to claim their prize. Proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth) and proof of purchase and packaging will be requested to claim the prize. County of residence will also be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. The requested details must be provided within 14 days of initial request. In the event that they do not respond in time, reject the prize or are ineligible, the prize will be declared null and void. After valid claim and the completion of the verification process, the winner will be provided with their £1000 voucher code to claim their prize. The winner must visit https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk/, register for a Lifestyle Gift Card account using email address and password at least 10 characters long, and enter the voucher code provided. The voucher code will then be turned into a credit which can be used to obtain a gift card at any of the available retailers found on the brands page.
100 promotionally marked products will have inside a £50 Lifestyle Gift Card. Entrants who find these gift cards must scan the QR code found on the card to visit https://www.lifestylegiftcards.co.uk/, register for a Lifestyle Gift Card account using email address and password at least 10 characters long, and enter your Gift Card Reference found on the physical gift card. Your Lifestyle Gift Card will then be turned into a credit which can be used to obtain a gift card at any of the available retailers found on the brands page.
Individual retailer gift cards are subject to their own terms and conditions which can be found on each retailer’s ordering page before selecting the gift card amount.
50 promotionally marked products will have inside a £20 Tilda Product Voucher that contains a Voucher Code. These Voucher Codes can be entered at checkout to be used against any purchase on https://www.tilda.com/products/shop/all/. The Voucher Code cannot be used for payment of postage.
8. WINNERS LIST
Tilda will make available the £1000 Lifestyle Gift Card prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of the Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting hello@tilda.com Tilda may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing hello@tilda.com. Tilda reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests.
9. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all winners including but not limited to asking for ticket and proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to follow the instructions on the winning ticket to claim their prize. Tilda cannot be held responsible for winners failing to follow instructions on the prize ticket or losing the ticket prior to claiming their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond Tilda’s control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Tilda may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond Tilda’s reasonable control and which prevents Tilda from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), Tilda will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
Whilst nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit Tilda’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Tilda and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Tilda’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
Tilda has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Tilda will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in. DATA
10. PROTECTION
Tilda will only use your personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal data will at all times be kept confidential and processed in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation and Tilda’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.tilda.com/privacy-policy/
Upon winning, you will be required to provide information to Tilda (if you win the £15 product voucher) or our prize partner Lifestyle Gift Cards (if you win a Lifestyle Gift Card). You can find our prize partners privacy policy here
You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to hello@tilda.com. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.
