3. How to enter:

Qualifying McCoy’s Products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
3.2. Entrants must visit the Promotional Website and click to confirm if they are a retailer or a consumer.
3.3. Entrants must then complete the following registration information:

3.3.4 Individual box, 8-digit batch code (printed on the side of the box, under the expiry date in an 8-digit format ‘4099 23:59’ to be written as 40992359) see website for image of the batch code location.
Once submitted, this receipt will be considered as final and validity will be judged on the image uploaded. The Entrant will have the opportunity to review the image before the registration is completed. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure the correct image is uploaded.
All entrants must retain batch code and receipt of purchase of Qualifying McCoy’s Product. All winners must retain receipt showing date of purchase of Qualifying McCoy’s Product during the Promotional Period and prior to or on the date of entry.
3.4. During the Main Prize Promotional Period, entrants who have successfully completed the registration process will be directed to enter the 8-digit pack batch code to participate in the game of chance. The 8-digit pack batch code will unlock access to a virtual vault, where the entrant must select the highlighted safety deposit box. An on-screen message will immediately confirm whether the entrant has won a Main Draw Prize. Main Draw Prize winners will immediately receive an email to the email address provided during registration. The email will contain a secure link ‘’ which can be used to submit the additional information required to arrange prize delivery. The ‘’ will remain active for 14 days from the date of its issue. If the required information, as outlined in term 3.5, is not provided within this period, the prize will be deemed as forfeited.
3.5. Prize Claim Process:

3.6. Product Prize
Winners claiming a Product Prize will be required to provide a valid UK postal address
Winners must also select their preferred flavour from the Qualifying Product Box
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to honour the selected flavour, but the final flavour supplied will be at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to promotional availability
Product Prizes will be despatched by 2nd class post within 14 working days of confirmation of the required further information under this clause and 15.
If, at the Promoter’s discretion, your entry fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, you will be notified via email and the infringing entry rejected.
All Winners of Prizes may be validated by the Administrator in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prizes will be dispatched in accordance with clause 9. Where a Prize winner does not confirm the correct requested information in accordance with clause 3.5 or clause 15 within 14 days of receiving their email confirmation under clause 3.5 or clause 15 or if for any other reason a Winner is ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, their Prize will be forfeited, and a new Prize winner will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during and after the Promotional Period.
4. Entry Restrictions: A maximum of 5 entries per Entrant will be allowed. For the avoidance of doubt, this will be monitored via the email address used upon entry. Additional entries that exceed this limit will be disqualified and any allocated Prize will not be fulfilled. Maximum of 1 Prize per Entrant, per email address and UK postal address / UK bank account.
5. Only genuine batch codes printed on Qualifying McCoy’s Products can be used to enter this promotion. Batch codes cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine batch codes in this promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
6. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
7. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
8. Prize Delivery: Subject to a Winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions the Prizes will be delivered to the Winners using the details provided by that Winner:
8.1. In respect of Cash Prizes by a bank transfer to a valid UK bank account, name of the winner must match the name on the bank account; and
8.2. In respect of Product Prizes despatched by 2nd class post; within 14 working days of confirmation of the required further information under clause3.6.
9. All Winners are responsible for providing the correct required further information under clause 3.5 and clause 3.6. The Administrator and Promoter will not be liable for any Prizes paid into the wrong account or delivered to the wrong address due to a Winner’s error.
10. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
11. In respect of Product Prizes, no cash alternative is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promotor’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. All Cash Prizes will be paid in pounds sterling only and no other currency.
12. The 135 Cash Prizes and 50 Product Prizes will be randomly allocated during the Main Draw Promotion Period via a winning moments mechanic by a secure, independently verified computer programme. There are 185 winning moments. The ‘moments’ are an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first Entrant to enter on or after one moment, you will be awarded a Main Draw Prize for that moment. There is a total of 185 winning moments available. If no entry is received as required under this clause, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all Prizes will be won. All have been randomly allocated by the computer programme in advance of the commencement of this promotion. Total number of qualifying boxes: 323,310.
13. For any unclaimed Main Draw Prizes or where the award was declared invalid for any reason or the Main Draw Prize was not accepted and required details were not provided within the timeframe as stated in clause 3.5 or 3.6, these will become Mop Up Prizes and included within the Mop Up Draw taking place between 7th April and the 1st June 2026. The winners of the Mop Up Draw will be selected via a randomised computer process. Mop Up Prize Winners will be contacted by the email address provided on entry to this promotion within 7 days of the Mop Up Draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including their junk folder. Mop Up Prizes will be fulfilled subject to the Mop Up Prize Winners:
13.1 providing the additional information under clause 3.5 and 3.6 within 14 days of the delivery of the notification email under this clause 14; and
13.2 complying with the remaining terms of these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Promoter will make available the £500 and £1,000 Main Draw Prize Winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting bankofmccoys@tlcrewards.com. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list as set out in this clause 14 by emailing bankofmccoys@tlcrewards.com . The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
15. If a Mop Up Prize Winner does not respond within 14 days of the date of the winner notification email being sent, rejects their prize or is ineligible, a substitute Mop Up Prize Winner will be selected using the same methodology as above (and this process will repeat twice after which all unclaimed Prizes will be null and void).
16. The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to require entrants to provide verification of purchase, their identity (passport or driving licence) and eligibility including original documents which they must provide within 7 days from request. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw a Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
17. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made by automated bots, macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of entries into the promotion, those entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. The Promoter /Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries. In addition, the Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
18. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and claiming their Prize. The Promoter and Administrator cannot be held responsible for entrants or a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize.
19. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the Prize must be paid by entrants separately. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;
19.1 Are not an eligible entrant (as defined in clause 1 above);
19.2 Have not entered during the Main Draw Promotional Period;
19.3 Fail to provide valid identification or delivery details under clause 3.5 and 3.6, when requested
19.4 Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter and Administrator in its sole discretion.
20. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using a Prize and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. The Promoter and Administrator have no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter and Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a entrant’s participation in the promotion.

25. If any of these clauses in these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
26. The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose. All data obtained will be held by the Administrator who is responsible for fulfilling the Prizes. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used to fulfil the obligations of this promotion. It will not be used for marketing purposes. 7. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
9. All Winners are responsible for providing the correct required further information under clause 4.6 and 15 and upon registration in accordance with clause 4.4. The Administrator and Promoter will not be liable for any Prizes paid into the wrong account or delivered to the wrong address due to a Winner’s error.
10. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
11. In respect of Product Prizes, no cash alternative is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promotor’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. All Cash Prizes and Mop Up Prizes will be paid in pounds sterling only and no other currency.
12. The 1015 Cash Prizes and 25 Product Prizes will be randomly allocated during the Promotional Period via a winning moments mechanic by a secure, computer programme. There are 1,040 winning moments. The ‘moments’ are an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first person to enter on or after one moment, you will be awarded a Prize for that moment. There a total of 1,040 winning moments available. If no entry is received as required under this clause, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all Prizes will be won. All have been randomly allocated by the computer programme in advance of the commencement of this promotion. Total number of qualifying packs: 23,098,244.
13. For any unclaimed Main Draw Prizes or where the award was declared invalid for any reason these will become Mop Up Prizes and included within the Mop Up draw. The winners of the Mop Up Draw will be selected via a randomised computer process within 7 days of the end of the Mop Up Promotional Period. Mop Up Prize Winners will be contacted by the email address provided on entry to this promotion within 7 days of the Mop Up Draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner, including their junk folder. Mop Up Prizes will be fulfilled subject to the Mop Up Prize Winners:
13.1. providing the additional information under clause 4.6 within 14 days of the delivery of the notification email under this clause 13; and
13.2. complying with the remaining terms of these Terms and Conditions.
If a Mop Up Prize Winner does not respond within 14 days of the date of the winner notification email being sent, rejects their prize or is ineligible, a substitute Mop Up Prize Winner will be selected using the same methodology as above (and this process will repeat twice after which all unclaimed Prizes will be null and void).
14. The Promoter will make available the £500 and £1,000 Main Draw Prize Winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting bankofmccoys@tlcrewards.com. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list as set out in this clause 14 by emailing bankofmccoys@tlcrewards.com The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
15. The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to require entrants to provide verification of purchase, their identity (passport or driving licence) and eligibility including original documents which they must provide within 7 days from request. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw a Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
16. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made by automated or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of entries into the promotion, those entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. The Promoter /Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries. In addition, the Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
17. It is the responsibility of entrants to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and claiming their Prize. The Promoter and Administrator cannot be held responsible for entrants or a winner failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their

Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the Prize must be paid by entrants separately. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient.
19. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;
19.1. Are not an eligible entrant (as defined in clause 2 above);
19.2. Have not entered during the Promotional Period;
19.3. Fail to provide valid identification or delivery details under clause 4.6, when requested; or
19.4. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by The Promoter or Administrator in its sole discretion.
20. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter and Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using a Prize and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. The Promoter and Administrator have no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter and Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a entrant’s participation in the promotion.

26. The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose. All data obtained will be held by the Administrator who is responsible for fulfilling the Prizes.
