• Promoter: Hain Celestial UK Limited (formerly Histon Sweet Spreads Limited), Templar House 4225 Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds, England, LS15 8GB referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Sun-Pat’.
• The title of the competition is Sun-Pat Sessions.
• This promotion is open to UK & ROI residents (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland only) aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The Hain Daniels Group Limited group of companies and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
• Purchase of a promotional pack of Sun-Pat is necessary in order to participate in this promotion. Access to the internet is necessary in order to enter.
• By entering this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Promotional packs will be available in participating stores between 12.01 AM on 01.04.25 (the "Opening Date") to 12:00PM on 30.09.25 (the "Closing Date") inclusive, subject to availability and while stocks last. There is an extended “claim by” date in order to encourage responsible consumption.

The prize fund consists of the below:

• 2,365 prizes of 1 x 60-minute pitch bookings at Powerleague’s UK & ROI official venues (excludes 3^rd party venue partners) and can only be redeemed via the Powerleague website at https://www.powerleague.com/.
• Pitch booking is available only at stated off-peak times - Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday https://www.powerleague.com/.
• 5-a-side pitch bookings only.
• Maximum number of players per pitch is 12.
• Each entrant is limited to one entry per email address.
• Redemption only at Powerleague clubs in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
• Prize not exchangeable.
• Prize valid from 01 April 2025 to 31 December 2025.
• Winners will be supplied with a unique booking code for use in booking on the Powerleague web site at https://www.powerleague.com/.

• All codes must be redeemed and booking utilised prior to the campaign closing date on 31^st December 2025. All bookings are subject to availability

To enter, you must, by the Closing Date:

• Purchase a promotional pack of Sun-Pat
• Visit www.winwithsunpat.com and input full details as requested.
• Upload a valid picture of the product as proof of purchase.
• All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

Conditions of Entry:

1. On completion and submission of the online form you will be notified as soon as practicable
2. Winners will be selected at random by computer from all valid entries made by the Closing Date.
3. Promotion only open to 18+. Claims made on behalf of another person (except in your capacity as parent, guardian or equivalent), or joint entries, will not be accepted. Entries from agents, organised group entries, bulk entries or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
4. Prizes will be despatched within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the valid claim, and will be sent to the email address provided at the time of submission of the claim. You are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are provided to the Promoter in order to receive your prize. No responsibility can be taken by the Promoter for online forms that are not seen or taken into account by the Promoter for technical reasons or for incomplete or incorrect details provided in your submission. Responsibility is not accepted for online forms lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet. Proof of sending/transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
5. An entry is considered valid once the entry has been confirmed as legitimate by the AI verification process.
6. By entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion in order to verify this.
7. Prizes are subject to availability. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability of the intended Prize.
8. In the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter affect, or could affect, the proper operation of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time but will make every effort to avoid causing undue disappointment to participants where such action is deemed necessary.
9. If you are found to be abusing the promotion, the Promoter, its products, employees or directors in any way your entry will be disqualified.
10. No responsibility can be taken for entries that are not seen or taken into account by the Promoter for technical reasons. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or for e-mails/messages from the Promoter which are not delivered as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind or inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or as a result of an invalid e-mail or other address supplied by the particpant, or which are not seen by the participant due to the ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’ filter settings (or equivalent) on their e-mail or social media accounts.. Proof of application is not proof of delivery. Proof of sending/transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 13. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, Hain Celestial UK Limited by email via the website: www/winwithsunpat.com/contactus. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy at http://www.hartleysfruit.co.uk See also condition 12 and condition 13, with regard to the announcement of winners.
15. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of the promotion, but will respond to questions sent by email via the website: www/winwithsunpat.com/contactus.
16. If you post or are seen to be posting comments to the Promoter’s social media pages (including, without limitation, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) or elsewhere during or after the promotion that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants, fans of Promoter or directly aimed at the Promoter, you will have your comments removed and you may be excluded from participation in this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to alert the relevant social provider to any such behaviour and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.
17. The Promoter reserves all rights relating to their social media pages and accounts, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the accounts, (ii) blocking users; and (iii) discontinuing the accounts at any time.
18. Winners will be informed of our intention to publish their surname and county. If they consent, they may be asked to participate in reasonable competition-related publicity. Sun-Pat may publicise their entry, including photos or images submitted as part of their entry, names, likeness, and statements in connection with the competition in any and all media. Consent for publicity is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by contacting [EMAIL]. No participants or winners shall be obliged to take part in any photo publicity unless they have given their express consent."
19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the participants’ statutory rights.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected and will remain valid.
23. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer any rights on any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
