Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and Holiday Sponsor

1.1 The Promoter is Acast Stories Limited, 37 Bevenden Street, London, N1 6BH.

1.2 The Holiday Sponsor (Sponsor) is TUI UK Limited. Wigmore House, Wigmore Ln, Luton, England, LU2 9TN.

1.3 The Agency is Prize Professionals Ltd, HereWorx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS.

2. Competition Overview

2.1 As a pair (couple, friends, partners, relatives etc.) view the Shxtsngigs Instagram story posted on 30/01/2026 and click through to shxtsngigs.myaudition.app, read and accept these terms & conditions, and privacy statement, complete the online registration with both your names, date of births confirming you’re 23+, email addresses, mobile numbers, validation questions & upload a video clip following the instruction criteria to submit your interest in being selected as Guest Contributors. The final selected pair of Guest Contributors will receive a complimentary TUI holiday worth up to £5,000 for two. You must agree to attending the live studio podcast session on week commencing 16/02/2026 in London (subject to the hosts availability) and calling the podcast either before or following your TUI holiday at the agreed date and time.

3. Eligibility

3.1 This audition competition is open only to those who are aged at least 23 years or over, a UK resident, excluding employees of the Promoter and Sponsor, its agents and those professionally associated with this competition.Internet access, valid email address and mobile phone able to receive and send SMS messages is required.

4. Competition Period

4.1 The competition entry period is from 13:00 30th January 2026 to 23:59 8th February 2026 inclusive.

4.2 Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. How to Enter and Selection Criteria

5.1 You need to enter as a pair, for example; a couple or romantic partners, you and your bestie, siblings or mum and daughter etc.

5.2 View together the Shxtsngigs Instagram story posted on 30/01/2026 and click through to shxtsngigs.myaudition.app.

5.3 Read and together accept these Terms & Conditions, and privacy policy. Complete the online registration with both participants names, date of births, email address and mobile numbers.

5.3 Complete the displayed validation questions, submit your response statement in an accurate and entertaining way. We’re looking for smiles, humour and honesty.

5.4 Only with your mobile device and in portrait, upload a maximum 45 second video clip following the instruction criteria to submit your interest in being selected as the final Guest Contributor pair. We’re looking for entertaining and genuine pairs that match the audience of the podcast.

5.5 One entry per pair during the competition period. Please do not enter more than once and do not submit an entry as part of a different Guest Contributing pair. The same email address and/or mobile number cannot be used for multiple entries.

6. Audition Competition Selection Process

6.1 We’ll be using clever technology from PromoNow’s myaudition.app module to score submitted entrants against the criteria above. The Independent initial review and screening of submitted entries will be completed by Prize Professionals to create a shortlist.

6.2 Prize Professionals in conjunction with the Promoter will select from the shortlist the final Guest Contributing Pair. This selection will be based on the entry submitted against a criteria that is entertaining, humourous, genuine and matches the audience of the podcast.
6.2.1 An additional alternative Guest Contributing Pair will also be selected as replacements (stand-ins) should the podcast producers deem at their total discretion that the original selected winners can not meet their obligations as outlined in these terms and conditions.

6.3 The final selected Guest Contributing pair will be contacted via mobile phone and email on week commencing 09/02/2026 to notify them of their success. They will have a maximum of 24 hours to respond and accept to be a Guest Contributing Pair. If unsuccessful or no response then the alternative Guest Contributing Pair will be successful. The Promoter and Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect details entered.

6.4 The Promoter and Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We will carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to participate (like requesting proof of ID and age (such as a current passport or driver’s licence) or proof of address (such as a recent utility bill).

6.5 The final selected Guest Contributors must agree to attend the London studio on a mutually agreed date for an in-person live Guest appearance on the podcast. Reasonable and set provisions and expenses will be provided to facilitate the appearance - see 7.1.

6.6 The final selected Guest Contributors must agree to meet the Promoter and cooperate with any required screening questions. The Guest Contributors agree to cooperate with the Promoter to ensure they take any images requested by the Promoter whilst on the trip, the Promoter to provide details in advance. These will be used and published, for example on Socials by the Promoter (and Podcast) and Sponsor within the spirit of this campaign.

6.7 The final selected Guest Contributors must agree to cooperate with our agency, Prize Professionals, to make themselves available to complete a video call before or after their holiday to the podcast at the agreed-upon time. The relevant audio equipment will be supplied and should be used in the video call.

6.8 Those entering should be aware that they accept that their appearance and participation as Guest Contributors will involve their names, hometowns, age, profession, relationship to each other and other conversational dialogue, along with their visual appearance and audio to be published and remain on the podcast channel. The ownership and copyright of this content remains the property of the Promoter, podcast and Sponsor.

By entering participants agree to the anonymous publication and sharing of their holiday dilemma with the podcast and TUI that they may select to use at their discretion, even if you are not selected as final Guest Contributors.

Visual and audio assets will be used within the podcast as branded segments, in partnership with TUI.

6.9 Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide participant information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them or other similar Government body.

7. Prize Details and Guest Contributors Obligations

7.1 Once the selected final Guest Contributing Pair have confirmed their acceptance to participate our Agency will coordinate with them to finalise arrangements. A condition of acceptance is the signing of an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). Once final arrangements have been made no changes can be made such as dates, times, locations or participants. Should any circumstances whatsoever prevent your participation then the London podcast studio session and TUI holiday will be forfeited.

7.1.1 London Studio Podcast session; We’ll arrange the following elements to facilitate your visit to the studio:
- We’ll book an available hotel, based on two sharing a twin or double room. The final hotel selected is at the sole discretion of our Agency.
- We’ll request your bank account details, each account holder name must match that of each participant, each will receive a payment of £50 by way of a contribution towards costs incurred for travel to and from the London hotel and for travel to and from the London studio. For your security this is handled securely via PromoPayouts.
- A detailed itinerary will be provided via email confirming the above and the podcast studio session.

7.1.2 £5,000 TUI Holiday for two; In conjunction with our Agency the final selected Guest Contributing Pair will attend their joint holiday to a mutually agreed TUI destination chosen from a shortlist provided:

7.1.3 Travel must be taken between 01/03/2026 and 31/05/2026 inclusive.

7.1.4 A total value of £5,000 will be available to spend on the TUI holiday, this should include all required elements such as return flights and any applicable fees and taxes, baggage allowance, seat booking fees, hotel transfers, hotel accommodation, food and beverage board basis. Any remaining balance once the holiday is booked with TUI will be transferred to the Guest Contributing Pair using the Account details provided in 7.1.1 by the same payment method.

7.2 If any element listed in 7.1 becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the item for another of equal or greater value. Subject to any standard insurance protections.

7.3 Details listed in 7.1 are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be provided.

7.4By participating in the selection process, entrants agree that 7.1 is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to 7.1.

7.5 Any pictures depicting the holiday on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual holiday may vary from the depictions.

7.6 The final selected Guest Contributing Pair are responsible for the conduct of themselves while taking part. The Promoter and Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to exclude either participant from any aspect of 7.1 if any party fails to follow the instructions of the Promoter and Sponsor or any third parties connected, or if either party behaves in a way that is unsafe, causes danger to themselves or others, is considered by the Promoter or Sponsor to be anti-social, or creates a disturbance or nuisance. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the studio/event/venue/flight/hotel.

7.7 For the avoidance of doubt, 7.1 does not include travel or transportation, accommodation, meals, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking fees, excess baggage charges, additional excursions or attractions, spending money, or any other personal expenses not expressly pre-booked and agreed as part of 7.1. Neither the Promoter or Sponsor nor any supplier involved in delivering 7.1 will be responsible for any such costs.

7.8 The final selected Guest Contributors must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Any required visas or travel insurance are the sole responsibility of the Guest Contributors. If either party cannot participate/travel due to visa issues or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be provided and no compensation or substitute to 7.1 will be offered.

7.9 The Guest Contributors will not be entitled to compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter or Sponsor if any element of 7.1 is delayed, postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances outside the Promoter or Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to airline or hotel cancellations.

7.10 The TUI holiday will be forfeited if:
• Either party of the the Guest Contributor has not obtained all necessary travel documentation by the date specified by the Promoter or Sponsor;
• Either party encounters immigration issues preventing them from entering, leaving, or travelling to the chosen destination or whilst in the United Kingdom; or
• Either party has or develops any medical, legal, or other reason preventing them from accepting or participating in 7.1.

7.11 Once confirmed, tickets and hotel reservations will only be valid for the names, dates and times issued. No alternatives will be offered. If either party chooses to cancel, replacement tickets will not be provided and no refund or compensation will apply.

7.12 It is the responsibility of both participants to obtain, at their own expense, all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health, travel, and property insurance) considered necessary or advisable.

7.13 It is the responsibility of both participants to check travel advisories issued by the relevant authorities and to obtain appropriate health guidance for the destination. The Promoter or Sponsor accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by either party resulting from their failure to follow official travel or health advice. Both participants are responsible for obtaining all recommended vaccinations and complying with the health regulations of the destination country.

7.14 Both participants must comply with any terms and conditions set by third-party providers during their participation of 7.1 (including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and activity suppliers).

7.15 Arrangements for 7.1 will be via email between our Agency and the final selected Guest Contributors. Both participants must complete 7.1 together.

7.16 A valid credit or debit card may be required at hotel check-in to guarantee incidentals, such as in-room calls or additional services.

7.17 Both selected Guest Contributors are jointly responsible for any additional charges or incidentals incurred during their stay, including but not limited to meals, drinks, extra nights, in-room services, and any associated taxes.

7.18 The final selected Guest Contributors must inform the Promoter in advance of any wheelchair or similar accessibility requirements.

8. Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Sponsor will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or participation of 7.1.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Prize Professionals Ltd is the data controller for this competition. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.prizeprofessionals.com/privacy

9.2 Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will only be shared with third parties for these purposes or as otherwise permitted by law (e.g. for validation, fulfillment or regulatory compliance).

9.3 All data with involved parties will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the competition.

10. General Conditions

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10.2 Any decision by the Promoter in relation to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.3 The Promoter or Sponsor may request that the final selected Guest Contributors participate in publicity arising from the competition. Participation in the London studio session podcast and either pre or post holiday via a video call is a condition of selection as final Guest Contributors Acceptance. As is supplying photographs from the holiday and agreeing for them to be used, along with your holiday dilemma by the podcast and TUI holidays.

10.4 The Promoter and Sponsor seeks to run a fair and secure competition and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions and competitions for a period of at least six months. To assist in this validation, the Promoter will use PromoProtect from PromoNow to give a trust score against all entries.

10.5 The Promoter or its Agents reserves the right to:
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition if it cannot proceed as planned due to reasons such as tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control that compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Competition. Disqualify any entries that exceed the maximum permitted number or are submitted using methods such as scripting, brute force, multiple SIM cards for text entries, IP address manipulation, use of aliases, false identities, or any other unauthorised means. Disqualify bulk entries originating from individuals, businesses, consumer groups, or third parties, together with incomplete or automatically generated entries, including those submitted via macros or similar automated tools. Disqualify any entries that tamper with the entry process or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions in any way.

10.6 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.

10.7 The Promoter, Sponsor and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter or Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

10.8 The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), pandemics or epidemics, extreme weather, fire, strikes or industrial action, war, terrorism, conflict, political instability, riots, civil unrest, plague, or other similar events.

10.9 By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

10.10 If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

10.11 The Competition terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England. These courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our competitions.
