1. Promoter
   1. The promoter is A.G.BARR P.L.C. Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD.
2. Promotion Overview
   1. This promotion entitles those that submit an entry by completing the form at www.winwithrubicon.com, to receive an entry into the prize draw to win prizes as detailed below.
3. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom, who are aged 16 years or over at the time of participation. Internet access, a valid email address and a device that can send an SMS are required.
4. Qualifying Purchase
   1. No qualifying purchase is required but entries are limited to 1 per day per mobile number.
5. Promotion Period
   1. The promotional purchase period is from 00:01 30th July 2025 to 23:59 21st August 2025 inclusive.
   2. Purchases received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6. How to Enter
   1. Click the link www.winwithrubicon.com, complete the form with your name, email address, mobile number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions and submit your entry.
   2. One entry per mobile number per day.
7. Prize Draw Process
   1. 40 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoNow the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   3. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its Prize Promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
8. Prize Details & Notification
   Winners will be notified by SMS or email within
   7 calendar days
   of the promotion end date. Winners will be required to reply with their UK address for fulfilment by DM reply within 14 days of our DM. If they don’t, they will forfeit their prize and we may re-draw an alternative winner. Prizes will be dispatched within 21 days of winner confirming their contact details.Notification will be made to the details submitted at the point of entry. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect details entered.If a promotional item is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the item for another of equal or greater value.Promotional items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize. 9. Liability
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the prize.
10. Data Protection
    1. A.G. Barr p.l.c is the data controller for this promotion. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the A.G.Barr P.L.C. Privacy Policy, available at: www.rubicondrinks.com/policies/privacy-policy.
    2. Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties (except for prize fulfillment purposes) without positive consent.
    3. At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. So, if you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about Rubicon from time to time. If you wish to subsequently withdraw your consent, you can do that by emailing us at dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.
    4. All data with the prize fulfillment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.
11. General Conditions
    1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    2. Any decision by the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
    4. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months.
    5. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
    6. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
    7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
    8. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (Acts of God), pandemics or epidemics, extreme weather, fire, strikes or industrial action, war, terrorism, conflict, political instability, riots, civil unrest, plague, or other similar events.
    9. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    10. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
    11. The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Scots law. The Scottish courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
