1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary (UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only). No purchase is necessary for the Republic of Ireland. Internet access, valid email address, mobile number and a device with audio recording capabilities are required.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Promotion Period:
   1. Main Promotion Period: Purchase (UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only) and enter daily between 08:00 BST and 23:00 BST from the 30 July 2025 to the 27 October 2025 inclusive.
   2. Wrap Up Period: Purchase (UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man only) and enter between 23:01 GMT on the 27 October 2025 to 23:00 GMT on the 31 January 2026 inclusive.

All entries will be automatically entered into the Tier 1 Prize Draw.
      2. Republic of Ireland: Visit practicepropersnacking.com, record yourself speaking aloud your own affirmation (max 10 seconds), complete the online form to provide your details (full name, email address and mobile number) to find out immediately if you have won a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Prize. All entries will be automatically entered into the Tier 1 Prize Draw.
   2. Wrap Up Period:
      1. 6. Further Entry Details:
   1. Entries of Tier 1, Tier 2 and the Wrap Up Prize winners only will be moderated. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
      1. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
      2. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
      3. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
      4. contains any content which has been created by an AI tool or which has been influenced by AI; or
      5. promotes any political agenda.
   2. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person, per week, during the whole Promotion Period.
   3. For the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, one itemised receipt per entry. Receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period.
   4. By entering, entrants agree to grant the Promoter in perpetuity a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in their entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion, including but not limited to display on the Promoter’s website, social channels, in any publicity, advertisement or case study carried out by or on behalf of the Promoter in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet and any other website of the Promoter or its agents/contractors choosing and use of the entry, or part(s) of the entry in marketing materials relating to this Promotion.
   5. By entering, each entrant also grants the Promoter and its agents/contractors the right to moderate, edit, modify or remove any entry in the Promoter’s, it’s agents or assignees’ sole discretion, in whole or in part, for display on the Promotion website or in any materials relating to the Promotion.
7. No person may win more than 1 x Tier 2 and 1 x Tier 3 Prize per week. No person may win more than 1 x Tier 1 Prize throughout the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 x Wrap Up Prize.

9. The Prizes:
   1. Prize Draw:
      1. Tier 1: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x 7-night holiday to the Maldives for the winner and a guest, including:
         1. 7-nights’ accommodation in a standard double room at a minimum 3* hotel, subject to the Promoter’s discretion and availability;
         2. Return economy flights from a UK international airport to an international airport in the Maldives; and
         3. Return transfers to and from the airport to the hotel in the Maldives.
   2. Instant Win:
      1. Tier 2: There will be a total of 99 winners. Each winner will win 1 x wellness bundle (worth £60) (“Wellness Bundle”), which includes:
         1. 1 x candle;
         2. 1 x sleep mask;
         3. 1 x water bottle; and
         4. PROPER snacks (consisting of 1 x Sea Salt Lentil Chips 85g and 1 x Sweet & Salty POPCORN 90g).
      2. Tier 3: There will be a total of 2,601 winners. Each winner will win 1 x £2/€3 digital coupon valid on PROPER snacks purchased in-store or online from selected retailers.
   3. Wrap Up: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Wellness Bundle (worth £60), which includes:
      1. 1 x candle;
      2. 1 x sleep mask;
      3. 1 x water bottle; and
      4. PROPER snacks (consisting of 1 x Sea Salt Lentil Chips 85g and 1 x Sweet & Salty POPCORN 90g).
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. Tier 1 Prize:
       1. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Prize fulfilment agency and the winner. The Prize fulfilment agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Prize fulfilment agency will liaise with the winner, though the Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
       2. The holiday must be booked and taken by 27 October 2026 (subject to availability). At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred date of stay must be given. Stays may not be booked for the following dates: Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, and Bank Holiday periods in the UK.  
       3. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoters reserve the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoters or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner or their guest acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoters, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
       4. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of their Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event/venue.
       5. Tickets are only valid for the dates and times shown; no alternatives will be available. Name changes to the flight once confirmed are not permitted. If the winner is unable to attend or cancels the booking after confirming acceptance of the Prize, no alternative tickets will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund of any expenses incurred will be provided.
       6. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guests is unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.
       7. The winner and their guest must travel together in all instances, on the same dates and time, take the same trip and share the same room in all provided accommodation. The winner will forgo the Prize in totality if the winner fails to attend the scheduled booking, and the Promoter and any Prize providers shall have no further obligation to the winner. All elements must be taken together.
       8. The Prize will be forfeited if:
          1. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
          2. the winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the pre-booked period; or
          3. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
       9. It will be the winner’s and their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
       10. Airline seats are subject to availability.
       11. The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.
       12. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.
       13. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.
       14. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).
       15. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the local international airport are not included.
       16. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the holiday or any other event forming part of the prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled.
       17. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes.
       18. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
       19. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
       20. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
       21. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
    2. Tier 2 and Wrap Up Prizes:
       1. The winners will receive their Prize via post.
       2. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
       3. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
       4. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
       5. The Promoter is not liable for third party products and the Prize is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
    3. Tier 3 Prizes:
       1. The winners will receive their coupon via email.
       2. Selected Retailers are stores of the following categories which stock PROPER snacks products:
          1. Tesco (UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & ROI)
          2. Asda (UK)
          3. Morrisons (UK)
          4. Waitrose (UK & Channel Islands)
          5. Sainsbury’s (UK & Channel Islands)
       3. The coupon can be used as full or part payment for any Proper Snacks products from a Selected Retailer in-store only and is not available against online purchases or Click and Collect. Subject to stock availability.
       4. The coupon is valid for one transaction. Max one voucher can be used per transaction. If there is any remaining balance after the transaction, this will be lost.
       5. For Morrisons (UK only): Coupons are for cashback of the amount paid for the Proper Snacks product not exceeding the value of the coupon, redeemable after purchase by opening the coupon link in the email and following on-screen instructions. Receipt required.
       6. For all other participating retailers: When ready to pay, click the ‘Tap to pay’ button on your digital coupon which will unlock your barcode, then scan the barcode at the till to redeem. Once unlocked, barcodes will only be valid for use for 20 minutes, irrespective of the offer end date.
       7. The coupon will be valid until 31 December 2025.
       8. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.
       9. The coupon may not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
       10. Only original and undamaged coupons will be accepted. The retailer reserves the right to reject invalid coupons.
       11. Full coupon terms and conditions will be printed on the coupon.
11. Winner Selection:
    1. Tier 1 Prize Draw: 1 provisional Tier 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Main Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Main Promotion Period.
    2. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Instant Win: During the Main Promotion Period, 2700 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00, have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 2700 Prizes are available to be won.
    3. Wrap Up Draw: 1 provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period. The Wrap Up Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the close of the Wrap Up Draw Period.
12. Winner Notification:
    1. Tier 1 Prize Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Tier 1 Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    2. Tier 2 and Tier 3 Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and return the Prize to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Main Promotion Period.
       Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the stated claim period, will be void and invalid and we reserve the right to return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Main Promotion Period.
    3. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
13. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 28 days or a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing practicepropersnacking@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
14. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Wrap Up Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to snack@proper.co.uk. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
15. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
17. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15372) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 22. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
23. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
24. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
25. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
