1. ELIGIBILITY:

The “Michelob Ultra ‘Superior Access – NHL ’25 – ‘26’ Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies and their employees involved with the Sweepstakes, the National Hockey League ("NHL"), the NHL's member teams, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, B.V., and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.  

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:  

For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are in Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) or Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) as defined in the chart below.  

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  

The Sweepstakes Period is divided into six (6) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as defined in the chart below.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

(a) Internet: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit michelobultra.com/superioraccess/NHL (“Website”) and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry (“Entry”).  

(b) QR Code: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Sweepstakes quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the QR read application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at michelobultra.com/superioraccess/NHL where you may complete and submit an online entry (also an “Entry”). Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry.  

For all QR Code Entries:

Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry. To scan a QR code, entrants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and/or QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device. You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader for your specific device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate.

For all Entries:  

All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid. To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Entry per person per Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period.  

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes, and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered an entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.  

If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. 4. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:

Eleven (11) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each drawing date as defined in Rule 2 from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable Entry Period by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.  Non-winning Entries from each Entry Period random drawing do carry forward to subsequent random drawings.  

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

All prizes will be awarded (time permitting for NHL ticket prize). Potential winners will be notified via email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for NHL ticket prize). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winner:

• Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.  
• Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.  

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for NHL ticket prize).  

Obligations of the Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

• Entry Period 1: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of October 31, 2025.

• Entry Period 2: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of November 30, 2025.

• Entry Period 3: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of December 31, 2025.

• Entry Period 4: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of January 31, 2026.

• Entry Period 5: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of February 28, 2026.

• Entry Period 6: Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of March 31, 2026.

• Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 6: Winner’s one (1) guest will be required to complete, sign, and return a Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of potential winner’s prize acceptance.  

Obligations of the Potential Winner and Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

If Sponsor so elects, potential winner and one (1) guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential winner and one (1) guest will not bring the Sponsor or the NHL Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the NHL Entities. If requested, potential winner and one (1) guest agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting for NHL ticket prize).

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for NHL ticket prize).

Released Parties (as defined in Rule 9) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.

For NHL ticket prize:

Game date is subject to availability and change. Seating assignments to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change.  

Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are the winner’s responsibility.  

If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19, or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor’s control, then no prize will be awarded.  

For Fanatics E-Gift Code prize:

Valid only at Fanatics.com. Except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, returned, reproduced, modified, sold, traded, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. Not valid for any other gift cards, codes, or e-gift cards or on previous purchases or returns. No cash back unless required by law. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting for NHL ticket prize). Total ARV of all prizes is $13,200.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.  

7. PUBLICITY:  

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

8. RELEASE:  

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, and the NHL Entities harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.    

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  

Anheuser-Busch, LLC, the NHL Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, telephone calls, text messages, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The place of arbitration shall be St. Louis, Missouri.

11. PRIVACY POLICY:

The information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for purposes of administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.michelobultra.com/privacy-policy.html (also a “Website”). If you are verified as a prize winner, your first name, last initial, city and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.

First Prize and Second Prize: Potential first prize (“First Prize”) winners and second prize (“Second Prize”) winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date as defined in Rule 2 from among all eligible Entries received for the applicable Entry Period by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.  NOTE: Only three (3) alternate random drawings will be attempted for each First Prize and Second Prize, after which the First Prize and Second Prize will remain unawarded.  

Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 6:  Non-winning Entries from each Entry Period do carry forward to subsequent random drawings.    

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

For the Potential Grand Prize Winner:

All prizes will be awarded (time permitting).  Potential winners will be notified via email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Obligations of the Potential Winner:

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting).  

Obligations of the Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

• Entry Period 1:  Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of November 15, 2025.

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

Released Parties (as defined in Rule 9) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.

Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the responsibility of the winner.  

If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor’s control, then no prize will be awarded.  

For the autographed prize:

Sponsor neither warrants nor represents that prize can be sold or traded for the stated value; actual value depends on market conditions which fluctuate.  Autographs have no cash value.  

For the DoorDash gift card:

The DoorDash gift card is subject to the “Terms of Service” located at www.doordash.com.

For all prizes:  

Alcohol beverages are not part of the prize.  If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting for Grand Prize). Total ARV of all prizes is $55,367.00.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Limit one (1) prize per person.  Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.  If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.  

7. PUBLICITY:  

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.  

Entrant’s in this promotion agree to be bound by these Official Rule and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

8. RELEASE:  

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, and the NBA Entities harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on July 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on August 3, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3.       HOW TO ENTER:

(a)          Strava: Use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to download the Strava application available from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Join the “ULTRA Zero Excuses Challenge” on the Strava application and run twenty-nine (29) miles during the Sweepstakes Period (“Entry”).

(b)     Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) on Facebook inviting followers to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, comment on Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) with the hashtags #TeamULTRA and #Sweepstakes (also an “Entry”). You must be a registered user of Facebook and follow Michelob ULTRA on Facebook to enter this Sweepstakes via Facebook. Facebook registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.facebook.com and following the online instructions to open an account.

(c)     Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) on Instagram inviting followers to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, comment on Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) with the hashtags #TeamULTRA and #Sweepstakes (also an “Entry”).  You must be a registered user of Instagram and follow Michelob ULTRA on Instagram to enter this Sweepstakes via Instagram. Instagram registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.instagram.com and following the online instructions to open an account.

(d)     X: During the Sweepstakes Period, look for Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) on X inviting followers to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, comment on Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post(s) with the hashtags #TeamULTRA and #Sweepstakes (also an “Entry”). You must be a registered user of X and follow @MichelobULTRA on X in order to enter this Sweepstakes via Insta X gram. X registration is free and can be obtained by logging on to www.x.com and following the online instructions to open an account.

For all Entries:

All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid. To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules.

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses, Facebook accounts, Instagram accounts or X accounts nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, Facebook accounts, Instagram accounts or X accounts under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, Facebook account, Instagram account or X account. Should multiple users of the same email account, Facebook account, Instagram account or X account enter the Sweepstakes, and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account, Facebook account, Instagram account or X account at the time of entry will be considered an entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address, Facebook account, Instagram account or X account by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.

Your settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” for your posts to be viewable by Sponsor and its agents. Only posts that are viewable by Sponsor and its agents will be considered an Entry. You must maintain that setting through the winner notification period so that Sponsor will be able to communicate with you via direct message.

If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.

Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review any Entry for violation of these Official Rules and may, at its sole discretion, reject, delete, or otherwise exclude an Entry for any reason, including without limitation, if the Entry contains any Prohibited Content (as defined in Appendix A) or any other commentary or material which Sponsor, in its sole discretion deems inappropriate.

4.       SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:

Twenty-seven (27) winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about August 4, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5.        WINNER NOTIFICATION:

All prizes will be awarded (time permitting for Grand Prize). Potential winners will be notified via email or phone call, or via direct message on Facebook, Instagram or X and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for Grand Prize). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winner:

·     Grand Prize: Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

·     First Prize: Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance

·     Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a “Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement” to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for Grand Prize).

                If Sponsor so elects, potential winner may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential winner will not bring the Sponsor or the New York Road Runner, Inc., into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the New York Road Runner, Inc. If requested, potential winner agrees to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for Grand Prize).

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for Grand Prize). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for Grand Prize).

          Released Parties (as defined in Rule 7) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification or his/her prize information.

6.       PRIZE DETAILS:

Grand Prize (1 prize to be awarded): Winner will receive a “2025 TCS New York Marathon Experience” for winner only in New York City, New York. Experience includes double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights, one (1) $500.00 pre-paid debit card that can be used for travel expenses and one (1) entry into the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon scheduled to occur on November 2, 2025, in New York City, New York. Travel Dates: November 1, 2025 – November 3, 2025. Accommodations are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to availability and change. Air transportation, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19, or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor’s control, then no prize will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $1,350.00.

First Prize (26 prizes to be awarded): Each winner will receive Michelob ULTRA running merchandise (exact merchandise to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV is $150.00.

For all prizes:

If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be randomly selected (time permitting for Grand Prize). Total ARV of all prizes is $5,250.00.  Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Limit one (1) prize per person. Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

7.       LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:

Anheuser-Busch, LLC, New York Road Runner, Inc., Strava, Inc., and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Sponsor’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at www.michelobultra.com/soccershootout2where you may complete and submit an online entry (also an “Entry”).

Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry. To scan a QR code, entrants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and/or QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device. All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid. To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about September 1, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5.        WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

The prize will be awarded (time permitting). Potential winner will be notified by via email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winner:

·        Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that the potential winner and one (1) guest will not bring the Sponsor or the FIFA® into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the FIFA®. If requested, the potential winner and one (1) guest agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting).

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

6.        PRIZE DETAILS:

Prize (1 prize to be awarded): Winner will receive a “FIFA® World Cup 26™ Experience”. Experience” includes two (2) tickets to one (1) match of the “FIFA® World Cup 26™ in the United States of America and one (1) $2,000.00 pre-paid debit card that can be used for travel expenses.

          FIFA® World Cup 26™ matches are scheduled to occur in June 2026, and July 2026. Exact FIFA® World Cup 26™ match date to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and is subject to availability and change. Seating assignments at the FIFA® World Cup 26™ match to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change.

          If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason including acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19, or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor’s control, then no prize will be awarded.  

          Air transportation, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, personal purchases, and all other expenses not specified herein, are solely the responsibility of the winner.

          If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting). Approximate Retail Value is up to $4,000.00. Actual value depends on the actual retail value of the two (2) tickets to the FIFA® World Cup 26™ match. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize or any portion thereof cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. 8.        RELEASE:

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, FIFA® and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies harmless from any and all actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, dues, accounts, claims, damages, liability, losses, harm, costs or expenses, including without limitation any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, arising out of, or in any way related to the Sweepstakes.

For all prizes:

If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and will be randomly awarded to an alternate potential winner (time permitting for Entry Period 1 – Grand Prize, Entry Period 1 – First Prize, Entry Period 2 - Grand Prize, Entry Period 2 – First Prize, and Entry Period 3 - Grand Prize). Total ARV of all prizes is $17,817.00. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.

7.      PUBLICITY:

        Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and MLS to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

8.      RELEASE:

        By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, Administrator, and MLS, harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

9.      GENERAL CONDITIONS:

        Anheuser-Busch, LLC, Administrator, MLS, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, telephone calls, text messages, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. 10.    DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

        All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Administrator and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Administrator and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The place of arbitration shall be St. Louis, Missouri.

11.     PRIVACY POLICY:

1.         ELIGIBILITY:

The “Michelob Ultra ‘Superior Access - Pitchside - MNT’ Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Maryland) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies, Major League Soccer (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”), Federación Mexicana de Fútbol Asociación, A. C. (“FMF”), and their employees involved with the Sweepstakes, the Mexican National Team (“MNT”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

2.         SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are in Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) or Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”).  Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on November 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  The Sweepstakes Period is divided into three (3) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as defined in chart below. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3.         HOW TO ENTER:

(a)       Internet:  During the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes LINK(S) featured in Sponsor’s digital advertising, or visit www.michelobultra.com/superioraccess/pitchside-mnt (“Website”), and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry (“Entry”).

(b)       QR Code:  During the Sweepstakes Period, use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Sweepstakes quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the QR read application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at www.michelobultra.com/superioraccess/pitchside-mnt where you may complete and submit an entry (also an “Entry”).

For all QR Code Entries:

Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry.  To scan a QR code, participants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and/or QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received.  If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device.  You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader for your specific device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges.  Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.  Not all wireless carriers participate.

For all Entries:

All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid.  To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules.  Limit one (1) Entry per person.

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same email account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said email account at the time of entry will be considered an entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account subscriber.

4.         SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING:

Entry Period 1: Thirty-one (31) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 8, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received for Entry Period 1 by Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during Entry Period 1.  Non-winning Entries from Entry Period 1 do carry forward to the Entry Period 2 random drawing.  See Rule 6 for prize details.

Entry Period 2: Thirty-two (32) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about August 4, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received for Entry Period 2 by Administrator, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during Entry Period 2.  Non-winning Entries from Entry Period 2 do carry forward to the Entry Period 3 random drawing.  See Rule 6 for prize details.

6.         WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

Grand Prize:

All prizes will be awarded (time permitting).  Potential winners will be notified by email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winner:

·      Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

·      Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a “Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement” to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including verification that the winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, the potential winner will be declared an official winner of the Sweepstakes. If Sponsor cannot verify that the potential winner is twenty-one (21) years of age or older prior to winner notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting).

Obligations of the Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

·      Entry Period 1:  Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of May 5, 2025.

·      Entry Period 2:  Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of August 1, 2025.

·      Entry Period 3:  Potential winner’s one (1) guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of November 30, 2025.

·      Entry Period 1 – Entry Period 3:  Potential winner’s one (1) guest will be required to complete, sign, and return a “Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement” to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of potential winner’s prize acceptance.

Obligations of the Potential Winner and Potential Winner’s One (1) Guest:

·      If Sponsor so elects, potential winner and one (1) guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check.  Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that the potential winner and one (1) guest will not bring the Sponsor or the MNT into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the MNT.  If requested, the potential winner and one (1) guest agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information.  In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting).

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

           By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, LLC, Administrator, and the MNT, harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The “Michelob Ultra ‘Greenside’ Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Maryland) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Anheuser-Busch, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, all other service or governmental agencies and their employees involved with the Sweepstakes, the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”), the PGA TOUR, INC. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on November 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  The Sweepstakes Period is divided into four (4) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”) as defined in chart below. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

(a) Internet:  During the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes LINK(S) featured in Sponsor’s digital advertising, or visit www.michelobultra.com/superioraccess/greenside (“Website”), and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an online entry (“Entry”).  

(b) QR Code:  During the Sweepstakes Period, use your smart phone or other web-enabled device with data plan to scan the Sweepstakes quick response (“QR”) code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the QR read application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile Web page at www.michelobultra.com/superioraccess/greenside where you may complete and submit an entry (also an “Entry”). Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry.  

For all QR Code Entries:

Proof of scanning QR codes does not constitute proof of completion or submission of an Entry.  To scan a QR code, participants must have a smart phone or other web-enabled device with a camera feature and/or QR scanner application and may incur message or data charges from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received.  If you do not have a QR reader already installed on your phone, type ‘QR reader’ in your mobile device’s application store search field to find available QR readers for your smart phone or other web-enabled device.  You will receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR reader for your specific device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges.  Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.  Not all wireless carriers participate.

For all Entries:

All Entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the methods of entry described herein are valid. No other forms of entry are valid.  To be valid, each Entry must comply with all of these Official Rules.  Limit one (1) Entry per person.  

Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants.  Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE OBLIGATIONS:

Grand Prize:

All prizes will be awarded (time permitting).  Potential winners will be notified by via email or phone call and will be required to respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours indicating whether they can accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification within the forty-eight (48) hour time-period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential winner selected will also be required to respond to the notification within the time frame stated above.

Obligations of the Potential Winner:

• Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, unless prohibited by law, publicity release to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.  

• Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Release of Liability, Voluntary Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of prize acceptance.

Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential winner (time permitting).

7. PUBLICITY:  

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor, the PGA, and the TOUR to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.  

8. RELEASE:  

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, the PGA, the TOUR, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and Administrator harmless from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Anheuser-Busch, LLC, Administrator, the PGA, the TOUR, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered Entries, telephone calls, text messages, email, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or Website, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate Website’s terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access.  Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification.  Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or any other person’s computer, or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.  Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of Entries, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winner from valid Entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules.  The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.  All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, LLC and will not be returned.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Administrator and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Administrator and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  The place of arbitration shall be St. Louis, Missouri.

The information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor for purposes of administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.michelobultra.com/privacy-policy.html (also a “Website”).  If you are verified as a prize winner, your first name, last initial, city and state will be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
