1. Promoter
   1. The Promoter is Ademco 1 LTD, Unit 6 Broadgate Business Park, Broadway, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 9XA and the Promotion Agency is Prize Professionals LTD, Hereworx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, Hampshire, PO4 8DS.
2. Promotion Overview
   1. The promotion is only valid to visitors at the NEC Installers Show who visit the Resideo stand and ‘Beat the Vault’ and register their name, email address and mobile phone number. Entries open 10:00 24/06/25 and closes 16:00 26/06/25. Scan the QR code with your mobile (or use the available tablet on the Resideo stand) and you’ll be directed to www.beatthevault.co.uk to register your success ‘beating the vault’.
   2. Main prize: 1 x Winner will win a Premier League Hospitality Package for two. Runners up prize: 30 x £100 Golden Moments Experience voucher.
      
3. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open only to residents of Great Britain, who are aged 18 years or over at the time of participation and are an attending visitor at the NEC Installer show (https://www.installershow.com/ ). A smart mobile phone with Internet access and a valid email address are required. Full name, email address and mobile number to be submitted on the entry form.
   2. Must ‘beat the vault’ physical game whilst on the Resideo exhibition stand. Resideo staff hosting on the exhibition stand hold the full and final decision on who is eligible to enter.
   3. Employees of Resideo, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or any third parties professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
      
4. Qualifying Entry
   1. Visit the Resideo Stand 5G22 at the Installer Show at the NEC and play the ‘Beat the Vault’ game. If you’re successful in beating the vault you’ll be invited to register your success and receive an entry into the prize draw.

5. Promotion Period
   1. The promotional purchase period is from 10:00 June 24th 2025 to 16.00 26th June 2025 inclusive.
   2. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
      
6. How to Enter
   1. Once you have played the ‘Beat the Vault’ physical game on the Resideo stand and if successful, scan the QR code (or use the available tablet on the stand) and visit: www.beatthevault.co.uk, successfully complete the form with your full name, email address and mobile number and accept these terms and conditions.
      
7. Prize Draw Process
   1. 31 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by Promotions Interactive, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
   2. Ademco 1 LTD reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these terms.
   3. Winners will be contacted via the email address used in their entry within 7 days of the Prize Draw with details of their prize won.
      
      
   4. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winner list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available on behalf of the Promoter by its promotion agency Prize Professionals 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks to those that request it via email to hello@prizeprofessionals.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
      
8. Prize Details & Delivery
   1. Winners will be emailed that they are a winner of a prize. within 7 calendar days of the promotion end date.
   2. Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
   3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
   4. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.

9. Liability
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ademco 1 LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or participation of the prize.

    2. Participants' personal information will be used solely for administering this promotion and will not be shared with third parties (except for prize fulfilment purposes) without consent.
    3. All data with the prize fulfilment provider will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period following the closure of the promotion.
       
11. General Conditions
    1. Ademco 1 LTD reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, in whole or in part, without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
    2. Any decision by Ademco 1 LTD in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
    4. The Promoter is committed to running a fair and secure promotion and preventing any form of abuse or cheating. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions including those submitted through aliases will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded under such circumstances may be deemed void and subject to recovery. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to ban the individual from participating in future promotions for a minimum of six months.
    5. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
    6. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
    8. The Promoter will not be held liable for any delay or failure to meet its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, global or regional epidemics or pandemics, severe weather, fire, labor disputes, war, terrorism, conflict, political unrest, riots, civil disturbances, plague, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen events.

    10. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
    11. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
