Full Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, and is not open to:
a. employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Promotion and their family members;
b. public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them.
c. residents of any countries subject to UK or EU sanctions, including for example residents of Russia and Belarus.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain all packaging with the unique code, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Promotion Period:
a. Main Promotion Period: Purchase and enter between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT/BST (as applicable) on the 26th of January 2026 to the 5th of April 2026 inclusive.
b. Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period: Purchase and enter between 00:00 BST on the 6th April 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 28th June 2026 inclusive.
5. To Enter:
a. Main Promotion Period:
i. Purchase a Promotional Pack of Doritos (see Clause 6 for details), scan the QR Code on pack or visit https://www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/doritos/Race-to-Win, log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address and country).
ii. Once logged in, complete the online entry form by entering the unique code found on the pack and select 1 of the following 2 prize pools to enter:
a. Race 1 – Hourly Instant Win Prizes
b. Race 2 – Prize Draw Prizes
b. Wrap Up Draw Promotion Period:
i. During the Wrap Up Period, purchase a Promotional Pack of Doritos (see clause 6), scan the QR Code on pack or visit https://www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/doritos/Race-to-Win, log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address and country).
ii. Once logged in, complete online entry form by entering the unique code found on the pack and submit to enter the Prize Draw.

7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day in the Main Promotion Period across both entry options. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Wrap Up Period.
8. No person may win more than 1 x Race 1: Instant Win Prize, 1 x Race 2: Prize Draw Prize and 1 x Wrap Up Prize.
9. Prizes:
a. Hourly Instant Win Prizes: There will be a total of 840 winners. Each winner will win one of the following prizes, allocated at random:
i. 1 of 420 Doritos x F1® Hats
ii. 1 of 420 Official F1® Hats
b. Prize Draw: There will be a total of 10 winners. Each winner will win one of the following prizes at random:
i. 1 of 9 x pair of FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 plus £200 (or € equivalent)
ii. 1 pair of FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 plus £10,000 (or € equivalent)
c. Wrap Up Draw: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x £100 (or € equivalent).
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Ticket Prizes:
i. Any guest in attendance at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 must be over the age of 12 in order to accompany the winner.
ii. If the guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult with their parent/guardian’s consent.
iii. The Prize will be arranged by email between the Promoter and the winner. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates, are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
iv. Should the winner be unable to attend the Grand Prix, no alternative dates will be provided.
v. Race dates and event details are subject to change at the sole discretion of Formula One. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the Promoter, or Formula One if the race associated with their Prize or any other element-forming part of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled (for any reason whatsoever). No alternative prize or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.
vi. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include flights, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
vii. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
viii. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking part in all elements of the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
ix. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venues which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the event or venue.
x. Tickets will be for weekend access to the Grandstand, and no additional access, at the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026. Tickets do not include paddock access, hospitality, or any VIP experiences.
xi. Cash prizes will be fulfilled via a BACS transfer to the winner’s nominated UK or ROI bank account.
xii. Winners of a cash Prize must have a valid UK or ROI bank account.
xiii. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
b. Merchandise:
i. The winners will receive their merchandise via post.
ii. The hats are one size.
iii. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
iv. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
11. Winner Selection:
a. Hourly Instant Win Prizes: During the Main Promotion Period, one (1) “winning moment” (hours, minutes, seconds) per hour between the hours of 8:00 and 20:00 (840 winning moments in total) have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will awarded to the next entry made during the Main Promotion Period. All 840 Prizes are available to be won.
b. Prize Draw: 10 provisional Prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries submitted into Option 2 within the Main Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 3 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
c. Wrap Up Draw: 1 provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Period.
12. Winner Notification:
a. Instant Win Prizes: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and will receive a confirmation email to their email address provided upon entry within 2 working days. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions in the confirmation email to visit a claim site and complete the required details within 14 days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner, and the Prize will not be returned to the Promotion Prize pool.
b. Prize Draw: The provisional Prize Draw winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 2 working days of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
c. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 2 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
13. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 60 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing DoritosRaceToWin@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
14. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available by sending a request via email to DoritosRaceToWin@promowinners.com. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
15. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Any publicity arising from the Promotion shall be delivered solely by the Promoter and shall not include any organisation, development, execution or responsibility from F1. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
17. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/Doritots-Race-to-Win
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies and F1 are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15944) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. 22. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
24. In the Republic of Ireland, this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 8 October 2025. The lottery license is valid until 31 December 2026 and is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin D24 RH59 (Charity No: CHY16913).
25. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
26. Formula One World Championship Limited and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (together, F1) and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team are not responsible for nor involved in the organisation, promotion, administration or execution or results of this Promotion. 27. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
28. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
