ADDENDUM: These Terms and Conditions have been updated on 03.02.26. The total number of prizes available, in this promotion has been increased to 13,000 (12,980 prizes in the main promotional period and 20 prizes in the mop up draw). From weekly draw 4 to weekly draw 8, there will be an addition of 4,000 prizes of Premier League match tickets and Vintage shirts (252 pairs of match tickets and 3,748 shirts). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy found at https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/legal/privacy-policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) only, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Coca‑Cola Great Britain, Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners, their affiliates, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or over.  
3. Internet access and registration required.  
4. Scan QR code on pack to launch or download the Coca‑Cola App.  
5. Entry is only valid on the Coca‑Cola App via registration, answering a weekly question correctly and guessing the number of goals that will be scored in the relevant Premier League game week to enter the weekly draw.  
6. The weekly draws occur as detailed, 8 weeks in total as indicated below and linked to the various game weeks of the Premier League for the relevant Premier League matches.
7. There is a maximum of 2 entries per person, per week, for the main promotional period. The Mop Up will allow a maximum of 2 entries per person.
8. Maximum of 1 win per person, per prize type (a Football, a Match ticket and a Vintage Jersey), during the promotion including the Mop Up draw.
9. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or multiple entries from the same person beyond the total limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered.

Promotional Period

10.   The Main Promotional period runs from 09:00 on 12^th January 2026 until 09:00 on 10^th March 2026.

11.   There is a limit of two entries per person, per week, to the weekly draws throughout the main promotion.

12.   The Mop Up period runs from 9.01am on 10^th March 2026 to 9:00am on 10^th May 2026 and there is a maximum of 2 entries per person.

13.   Details of the weekly prize draw to win Premier League Puma Balls and other prizes will take place during the following dates linked to relevant game week:

Weekly Draw 1 – Draw on 19.01.26 from all valid entries for game week 22 between 09:00 12.01.26 – 08:59 17.01.26.

Weekly Draw 2 – Draw on 26.01.26 from all valid entries for game week 23 between 09:00 17.01.26 – 08:59 24.01.26.

Weekly Draw 3 – Draw on 02.02.26 from all valid entries for game week 24 between 09:00 24.01.26 – 08:59 31.01.26.

Weekly Draw 4 – Draw on 09.02.26 from all valid entries for game week 25 between 09:00 31.01.26 – 08:59 06.02.26.

Weekly Draw 5 – Draw on 11.02.26 from all valid entries for game week 26 between 09:00 06.02.26 – 08:59 10.02.26.

Entries submitted between 09:00 03.03.26 – 09:00 10.03.26 will not be required to guess the goals or answer a question to enter into this final weekly draw

14.   The weekly prize draws are based on the relevant Premier League game weeks.

15.   There are options to enter up to 8 weekly prize draws at the times specified in the App and detailed above.

16.   Entries will not be carried forward to any subsequent weekly draws.

17.   All valid entrants will, upon entering the Weekly Prize Draw and answering the weekly question correctly, as well as providing an estimate of the number of goals scored in the coming week, receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant prize draw.

18.   The Promoter reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to permanently remove and/or disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent the promotion by tampering with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

Mop Up Draw

19.   To enter into the Mop Up prize draw, you need to enter during the Mop Up draw period 09:01 10.03.26 – 09:00 10.05.26 and follow the instructions detailed for the draw on the Coca‑Cola App.

20.   All valid entrants will, upon entering the Mop Up prize draw, receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the Mop Up prize draw.

21.   Entrants can only enter a maximum of 2 times into the Mop Up draw throughout the promotion.

Weekly Prizes: Shirt Prizes

An addition of 3,748 shirts have been added to the prize pool, from weekly draw 4 onwards. The following QTY of shirts will be made available.

Vintage Jersey- Brand CocaCola and Premier League vintage football jersey made from recycled polyester. You will have an option of the following sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL – whilst stock last. You will be provided multiple choices on size options, we will endeavour to provide your first choice, but this is subject to availability.

Ticket Prizes:

An addition of 252 pairs of tickets, from the total matches and dates available have been added to the prize pool, from weekly draw 4 onwards. The following QTY of tickets will be made available.

Please be aware that there will be a quick turnaround on the claim process for the Match tickets. Winners will be informed on the day of the draw.

23. Tickets will be subject to availability and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, so winners please check and select your preferred match quickly from the total range of fixtures available from the respective week’s draw as the popular matches may well go quickly. If the first choice has gone select an alternative match as quickly as possible.

24. Winners of the football match tickets will not be able to change their match ticket once confirmed, regardless of any personal circumstances. The winner and their guests for each set of tickets must be able to attend the matches for the tickets. Please bear in mind that the turnaround from the win message until the date of the prize will be quick, so make sure you can attend on the date specified  

25. Winners and guests will be contacted within 2 working days of the draw taking place and will be required to complete and sign a participation agreement form, provided by the Promoter (to be returned via email within 5 working days of receipt). Within the form winners and their guests are required to provide their name and address, photocopy of Passport / ID and other details to enable the Promoter to check & verify their prize entitlement as a precondition for participating in the prize they have won. Failure to return signed participation agreement forms may result in the winner and/or guests forfeiting their prize.

26. If the Promoter so elects, the winners may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the promotion will not bring Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant football banning orders or related incidents at any football ground as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or the PL. Part of this process may also include questions during the claim process and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain. The tickets are only available in the home section of the stadium; hence all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner on the basis of the findings resulting from such background or information check.

27. Prizes are subject to any relevant terms and conditions of the PL, any relevant Premier League club and the ground regulations of any relevant Premier League club’s stadium. 

28. Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. The Promoter reserves the right to take action against such conduct, including banning the relevant individuals from entering into current and future promotions held by the Promoter and/or charging a penalty up to £2,000 within its discretion.  

29. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.

32.   Entrants will be required to login or create an account providing their full name, D.O.B and a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion).

34.   In order to enter for the various game week prize draws, you will need to answer the weekly question correctly, guess the number of Premier League goals in the relevant Premier League game week and submit an entry at any time during that week’s promotional period. There is a maximum of one entry per person, per week, into the relevant weekly draw.

Weekly Draw

35.   All valid entrants who answer the question correctly and guess the number of goals in the relevant game week will, upon entering, receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the relevant weekly prize draw. So only those entrants who have answered the question correctly will be actually entered into the weekly draw

36.   Winners only of the weekly prize draw will be informed via email within 2 working days of the relevant prize draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective weekly draw. All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the weekly prizes.

37.   Only valid entry information following the answering of the question correctly and guessing the number of goals in that week will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.

38.   In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.

39.   There is a limit of one (1) entry per week in total across the promotional period for weekly draws. There are 8 weekly draws in total.

Mop Up Draw

40.   Entries submitted outside the Main Promotional Period will not be included in any of the promotional weekly draws, however entries received, between 9:01 10.03.26 – 09:00 10.05.26. will be entered into a Mop Up draw only.

41.   To enter into the Mop Up draw, entrants will need to follow the instructions detailed on the Coca‑Cola App. Entrants will not be required to answer a question or guess the goals to enter.

42.   This Mop Up draw will be for the chance to win 1 of 20 Premier League Puma Footballs, plus any weekly prizes that have not been won in the Main Promotional period and will take place after 09:00 on the 10.05.26.

Winner Selection and Notification

43.   During the main promotion, those consumers who choose to enter the weekly draw with the correct answer will be entered based upon the date and time of entry. Entry draws will take place via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme. See details of the breakdown of entry periods and corresponding prize draws above.

44.   All valid entrants who have answered the question correctly will receive confirmation after entry via an onscreen message.

45.   Winners only, however, will be sent a confirmation email (using the email address submitted upon entry) to confirm their win (subject to verification) within 2 working days of the relevant draw taking place.

46.   The winners will have been requested in the email sent to provide additional information within 14 working days, including their address via a secure link to start the verification process. During the offline claims process, once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them of the process for receiving their prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.

47.   Prizes are strictly non-transferable and will be issued to the winning entrant only. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating to this promotion and the Promoter reserves the right to ban these persons any other current or future promotions of the Promoter and/or charge a penalty up to £2,000. No other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

48.   The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arrange the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relevant weekly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the main promotional prize pool and added as prizes to the Mop Up draw. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

49.   The prizes will be fulfilled via secure, tracked delivery within 28 days of receiving notice of successful verification.

50.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed unwanted and the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate, if time permits, using the same process referred to above in these Terms and Conditions.

51.   The selection process for the Mop Up draw will be the same as the weekly draws with all valid entries being entered into the draw with the winners and reserves being selected at random via an independently audited and verified prize draw programme.

General Information

52.   The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, plus all wins and to block user accounts without warning, to refuse to award a prize, withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

53.   A list of the locations of the weekly winners will be available by submitting your request to the relevant page on the website: https://www.coca-cola.com/gb/en/about-us/contact-us - select the ‘I have a question’ from the first drop down, complete your details and press submit within 3 months of the promotion closing.  The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available, they should contact the Promoter by the same link but filling in details on the winner restrictions part of the form. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

54.   The Promoter, its agents and the Prize Partner will only use personal information supplied by entrants to this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion. Winners may be required, if they consent, to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

55.   The Promoter reserves the right to add more prizes into the main promotion and change the prizes to the closest available option should the stocks for the current prizes run out. Winners only will be notified in line with these Terms and Conditions.

56.   The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

57.   In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

58.   The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

59.   The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the App or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.

60.   Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoters control, the App may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.

61.   Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

a)       Any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;

b)      Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;

c)       Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the App or any combination thereof;

d)      Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

62.   If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

63.   These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by the relevant local courts who shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms.

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.
