Promoter: Benchmark Drinks Ltd of The Courtyard, Shoreham Road, Upper Beeding, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3TN

1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Benchmark Drinks Ltd), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Internet access and email address required. Purchase not required.
3. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 14th April 2025 until 23:59 on 29th July 2025. Any entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
4. To participate: During the Promotion Period scan the QR code from the neck flag and enter your date of birth then watch a video from Kylie Minogue. Complete the entry form with your name and email address and spin the wheel.
   1. Instant Win: When you have spun the wheel, you will immediately be advised on screen if you have won and what you have won. There will be an on-screen message asking for your delivery address. Once you submit your delivery address you will be sent an email within 24 hours confirming your prize and the delivery details. If your prize includes alcohol, the email will also include a requirement for you to submit a copy of your ID for age verification.
   2. Prize Draw: Whether you have won an instant win prize or not, if you have submitted a valid entry you will be granted an entry into the prize draw.
5. Maximum 1 x entry into the instant win promotion and the prize draw per person per day. Maximum 1 x instant win prize per person. Once you have won an instant win prize you will not be able to win further instant win prizes but may still submit additional entries into the prize draw.
6. Prize draw prize: 1 x winner will win a 3-minute voice call with Kylie Minogue. The call will be scheduled with the winner for a convenient time and date, to take place before 31st December 2025. The call will be voice only, on mobile or landline. Topics of a sexual, violent, intrusive nature will not be permitted, and if the winner acts in a way that is perceived in this way the call will be terminated and will not be rescheduled. A representative of the Promoter will also join the call. For more details see clause 13.
7. Instant win prizes: There are 350 x instant win prizes available to be won in total. The instant win prizes are:
   1. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines 75cl D.O.C. Prosecco gift box;
   2. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines jute bags;
   3. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines corkscrews;
   4. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines bottle stoppers;
   5. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines coasters;
   6. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines fans;
   7. 50 x Kylie Minogue Wines cooler ice-bags.
8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

11. Prize draw winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw which will be conducted under the supervision of an independent body within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. 1 x prize draw prize winner, and 2 x reserves will be selected.
12. Prize draw winner notification: The provisional winner will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within 1 working day of the winner selection. The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, at which point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching 2 x reserves, the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
13. Further prize draw details: The Promoter’s agent will contact the winner within 5 working days of successful winner verification to arrange the fulfilment of the prize draw prize. The voice call may be recorded (with winner consent). If for any reason Kylie Minogue can’t attend at the scheduled time, the Promoter’s agent will contact the winner and re-arrange the call.
14. Instant win prize selection: Instant win prize winners will be determined using a winning moments mechanic (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with 350 x winning moments set during the Promotion Period. Each winning moment will have one of the instant win prizes allocated to it. The winning moments have been randomly selected before the start of the Promotion Period. Entrants who submit a valid entry on or first after one of the winning moments will win the instant win prize associated with that winning moment (unless that entrant has already won an instant win prize). If no entry is received between one winning moment and the next (or if the entrant who would have won has already won an instant win prize), the instant win prize from that winning moment will be deferred such that the next entrant who is eligible to win an instant win prize, triggers an additional winning moment at the time of their entry and wins the deferred instant win prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are an instant win prize winner.
15. Instant win prize winner notification and fulfilment: Instant win prize winners will be notified immediately on screen that they have won a prize and what they have won. Instant Win Prize winners will need to complete the on-screen form including providing their delivery address (within the United Kingdom) and confirming compliance with these terms and conditions. Instant win prize winners will be emailed confirmation of receipt of delivery address within 24 hours of successful submission of the on-screen form. Where the instant win prize is a Kylie Minogue Wines 75cl D.O.C Gift Box, the email confirming receipt of the delivery address will include a request for the instant win prize winner to submit a photograph of their passport or drivers’ licence to prove their age. The instant win prize winner must submit the required photograph within 10 working days of request. Once verified, the winner will be confirmed. Failure to complete this verification process will result in the winner being disqualified. The relevant instant win prize will not be made available to be won again. Instant win prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner within 28 days of winner verification.
16. Privacy: The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency who will be assisting with the administration of the Promotion and fulfilling prizes. Personal data of entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant specifically opts in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in this manner. The Promoter is bound by the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws and holds personal data in accordance with the terms set out in its privacy policy, available at https://www.kylieminoguewines.com/privacy-policy/. Entrants’ personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely destroyed. The Participant has the right to access and rectify their personal data and, insofar as applicable, the right to request the deletion of their data and the right to object to the processing of their data. If an entrant exercises any of these rights, it may affect their ability to participate in the Promotion. 17. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the winner of the prize draw will be available by sending an email to info@winwithkylieminoguewines.co.uk with “Kylie Minogue Wines Prize Draw UK Winner” in the subject header to arrive between 1st September and 31st December 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding the Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
19. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
20. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
21. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it considers it necessary to do so, without prior notice. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
22. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.
23. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
24. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows entrants to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
25. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
26. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
27. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
28. The Promoter’s decision is final regarding all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
29. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
